The Visa Inc. Confidential Compliance Hotline is a resource designed to help you raise a concern regarding actual or suspected violations of Visa's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (the Code), other policies, and/or law. Any information you submit through the Hotline will be kept confidential to the fullest extent possible, and any personal information will be processed in accordance with Visa’s Global Employee Privacy Notice.

Our Commitment

At Visa, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of business conduct and ethical behavior. Operating with trust and integrity is the foundation of our business – it’s what enables Visa to build lasting relationships around the globe. We rely on our employees, customers and business partners to help us uphold these practices. It is everyone’s responsibility to bring forward issues or concerns that they are aware of that may impact the company. If you suspect or are aware of behavior that may violate Visa’s policies or the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, we expect you to promptly report this information.

What Happens After a Concern is Raised

All reports and inquiries are promptly forwarded to the Business Conduct Office for review. The Business Conduct Office may refer appropriate reports to relevant stakeholders. For example, concerns related to performance or conflict management are typically referred to Employee Relations. In cases of a possible violation by Visa staff of our Code, the Business Conduct Office conducts a neutral, confidential investigation and addresses any confirmed misconduct through a formal resolution process. Because our goal is to ensure a safe and respectful environment where everyone can come and do their best work, violations of our Code and other company policy may result in corrective action up to and including termination of employment.

Non-Retaliation

Visa does not tolerate retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith any observed, or suspected, illegal or unethical behavior, or Code-related policy violations.

Visa will take appropriate action to ensure the rights of individuals to speak up are respected and not interfered with in any manner.

If you have questions about Visa’s Non-Retaliation policy or confidentiality practices, please submit a question through the Hotline or contact BCO directly at BusinessConduct@Visa.com.
